These terms apply when you sign up for Buyerful. Buyerful is a trading name of Elliott Lee, a sole trader based in England ("we", "us"). "You" means the business that signs up.

What we do

Each weekday we contact businesses that fit the customer profile you give us, with a message about your offer. Replies are passed to the email address you choose, with a suggested answer. For each business that shows interest we make a short personal page built around your offer.

Your approval

We send you the wording before anything goes out. Nothing is sent until you approve it. Messages go out in your name and your business's name once you approve them. If we want to change the wording, we ask you again first.

Price and billing

• The founding price is $99 a month for your first 3 months. After that it's $199 a month.
• You pay monthly in advance, starting on the day you sign up. Prices are in US dollars.
• If we ever change the price after your first 3 months, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by emailing support@buyerful.app. Outreach stops at the end of the month you've paid for and you won't be charged again. There's no minimum term and no notice period. Refunds are covered on the guarantee and refunds page.

What you agree to

• The information you give us about your business and your offer is accurate.
• Your offer is lawful and you can deliver what the messages describe.
• You'll answer interested businesses yourself and treat them fairly.
• You'll tell us straight away if someone asks you not to be contacted again, so we can add them to our do-not-contact list.

What we may decline

We can decline to work with a business, a type of offer or a type of business we're asked to contact. We never contact government or public bodies, and we never contact anyone on our do-not-contact list.

Results

We can't promise a set number of replies, meetings or sales. The only result we promise is the guarantee on the guarantee and refunds page.

Personal pages and wording

You can use the wording and the personal pages we make for you while you're a customer. We may reuse the general approach, but never your business details, with anyone else.

Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
