Guarantee and refunds

The guarantee

If you don't get at least 3 interested replies within 30 days of outreach starting, your next month is free.

• The 30 days count from the first day outreach goes out for you. Setup time before that is not part of them.
• An interested reply is a business asking for a call, a price or more information about your offer, or saying yes to what you offered.
• Automatic replies, out-of-office messages and "no thanks" replies don't count.
• The guarantee applies to your first 30 days of outreach. It needs the wording approved and outreach running for those 30 days, so it doesn't apply if you pause or cancel during them.
• We check the count with you at the end of the 30 days. If it's under 3, we don't charge you for the next month and we change the message or the businesses we contact.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by emailing support@buyerful.app. Outreach stops at the end of the month you've paid for and you won't be charged again. There's no minimum term and no notice period.

Refunds

We don't refund months that have already started, except under the guarantee above. If you qualify for the guarantee and would rather stop than take the free month, tell us and we'll refund the last month you paid instead.

If we can't start outreach for you at all, for example because we can't find businesses that fit, we refund everything you've paid.
